Description: Md. Gofur, son of Late Md. Alimuddin, resident of Balabhita, Islampur, Uttar Dinajpur, West Bengal, has issued an affidavit stating that his son's correct name is Md. Rehan and the correct date of birth is 31.12.2011. Due to an error, the Aadhaar card incorrectly records the name as Rihan Alam and the date of birth as 31.12.2012. As per Affidavit No. 2960 dated 07.07.2026 before the Judicial Magistrate (1st Class), Islampur, it has been declared that Md. Rehan and Rihan Alam are the same and identical person.
