Emmanuel Lepcha has officially declared through Affidavit No. 1435 dated 09.04.2026 before the Executive Magistrate Court, Kalimpong, that the names John Lepcha, Johan Singh Lepcha, and Johan Lepcha refer to one and the same person, who is his father. This affidavit has been issued to clarify and establish the identity of the individual under different recorded names.
