Dinhata, District Cooch Behar, do hereby solemnly affirm that due to an error in my PAN card, my name was incorrectly recorded as “Ankhi Khatun”. I have executed an affidavit (No. 6781) before the Court of the First Class Judicial Magistrate, Dinhata, dated 25.06.2026, to confirm that “Ankhi Bibi” and “Ankhi Khatun” refer to one and the same person.
