A proclamation has been issued by the Court requiring the appearance of the accused person, Dipankar Deb, in connection with FIR No. 279/2024 dated 30.06.2024 registered under Sections 419/420/120B IPC at P.S. IFSO, Special Cell, Delhi.
It has been reported that the accused cannot be traced despite issuance of a warrant of arrest and is believed to be absconding or concealing himself to avoid execution of the warrant.
The accused is hereby directed to appear before the Court on or before 22.08.2026 to answer the charges in the said case.
