An application has been filed by the applicants for issuance of a Succession Certificate in respect of an amount of ₹38,60,000/- (Rupees Thirty Eight Lakh Sixty Thousand only) belonging to the deceased Mohd Ashraf Najar, S/o Mohammad Ahsan Najar, R/o Wagam, Tehsil Chadoora, District Budgam. The said amount is stated to be lying with the office of the Senior Superintendent of Police, Budgam, under Special Welfare Relief ₹21,00,000/-, G.P. Fund approximately ₹9,50,000/-, and leave salary ₹8,10,000/-. It is hereby notified to the general public at large that if any person has any objection in respect of the above-mentioned application, they may appear before the Hon’ble Court on 04 July 2026, either in person or through an authorized advocate, and file their objections.
