The Madras High Court has dismissed actor Tamannaah Bhatia’s appeal seeking ₹1 crore in compensation from Power Soaps Limited over the alleged unauthorized use of her images. A division bench comprising Justices P. Velmurugan and K. Govindarajan Thilakavadi upheld an earlier ruling, stating that the actor failed to provide credible evidence to support her claims. The court found no merit in the appeal and concluded that Tamannaah could not establish her case.
