Case: Canara Bank vs. Kavita Singh Karahana The notice has been published as the defendant is alleged to have intentionally avoided service of summons. The defendant has been directed to appear before the Court on 13 July 2026 at 10:00 AM. If no appearance or defense is made on the scheduled date, the matter may be heard and decided ex parte.
