Description: The Court of Special Judge under the NIA Act, Jammu, has issued a proclamation requiring the appearance of accused Saifullah Sajid Jatt alias Ali Bhai alias Habibullah Malik alias Langda alias Noomi alias Numan alias Usman Habib alias Shani, S/o Mohd Rafiq, R/o Village Changa Manga, District Kasur, Pakistan. The accused is facing charges under multiple provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), Arms Act, and the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act. As the warrant of arrest could not be executed and the accused has been declared a proclaimed offender, the Court has directed him to appear within 30 days from the date of publication under Section 356(2)(ii) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023. Failure to appear within the prescribed period will result in the trial proceeding in his absence as per law.
