(IN LIQUIDATION) NOTICE It is hereby informed to all concerned including erstwhile directors, creditors, contributories and other interested parties of the above-named company (in liquidation) that pursuant to the order dated 3rd March, 2015 passed by the Hon’ble High Court at Calcutta, the said company was directed to be wound up and the Official Liquidator attached to the Hon’ble Court was appointed as the Liquidator. Subsequently, the liquidation proceedings along with connected applications were taken up by the Hon’ble Court and, by order dated 8th September, 2022, the proceedings were transferred to the National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata Bench. An appeal was preferred against the said transfer order by a security agency, and the Hon’ble Division Bench, by order dated 15th September, 2025, remanded the matter for fresh consideration. Thereafter, by order dated 15th June, 2026, His Lordship Hon’ble Justice Ravi Krishan Kapur directed the undersigned Official Liquidator to publish a newspaper advertisement informing the public regarding the pendency of the proceedings. The matter has been adjourned to 30th June, 2026. Accordingly, all concerned are hereby given notice to appear and make appropriate submissions before the Hon’ble Court on 30th June, 2026, failing which the matter shall be proceeded with ex parte.
