IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BILASPUR, CHHATTISGARH CAVEAT APPLICATION NO. 2026 [W.P.(S) NO. 2026] South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL), through its General Manager (Manpower), Head Office, Seepat Road, Bilaspur (C.G.), has filed a Caveat Application under Section 148A of the Code of Civil Procedure. The application pertains to the Employment Notification No. SECL/HR/MP/Recruitment/2026/166 dated 08.04.2026 for recruitment to the posts of Mining Sirdar T&S Grade C, Dy. Surveyor T&S Grade C (Mining), and Assistant Foreman (Electrical) T&S Grade C, along with the subsequent examination schedule notice dated 19.06.2026 fixing the examination on 02.07.2026. SECL has submitted that any proposed petitioner or candidate may challenge the said recruitment notification and examination notice before this Hon’ble Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India and may seek interim relief. Through this caveat, SECL has requested that no interim order be passed by the Hon’ble Court without first hearing the Caveator/Applicant in respect of the above recruitment process.
