Prepare BOQs, rate analysis, quantity take-offs and cost estimates. Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets and cash flow forecasts. Monitor project costs, track variations and control cost deviations. Prepare and process valuations, running bills and final accounts. Conduct rate comparisons and material cost analysis. Coordinate with engineers, vendors and subcontractors for cost-related matters. Review and negotiate vendor & subcontractor quotations. Maintain records of orders, bills, invoices and cost reports. Ensure cost control, cost optimization and value engineering throughout the project. Assist in tendering, contract documentation and claims management. Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports.
