We are looking for a presentable, organized, and proactive Admin & Receptionist to join our Business Center in Dubai. This role is client-facing and pperational, ideal for someone who enjoys managing front-desk responsibilities while supporting daily administrative functions. Key Responsibilities Manage front desk operations and welcome clients, visitors, and tenants professionally Handle incoming calls, emails, courier services, and meeting room bookings Maintain and update client records, contracts, and databases Support office administration, documentation, and coordination with internal teams Assist with invoicing follow-ups, data entry, and basic reporting Coordinate with PROs, vendors, and service providers when required Ensure the reception and common areas are always well-presented and organized.
