The ideal candidate will have strong experience in real estate accounting and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Requirements: Male or Female (Preferably Indian) Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Proven experience as an Accountant in the real estate sector Strong knowledge of AP/AR, reconciliation/ reporting, bookkeeping, finance, accounting principles and VAT in the UAE. Proficiency in accounting software (Tally QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar) Excellent attention to detail and communication skills Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
