The role involves conducting financial and operational audits across production, kitchen, pastry, canteen, and outlets, monitoring procurement, inventory and stock control, reviewing B2B sales and revenues, ensuring compliance with Qatar regulations and SOPs, identifying risks and fraud prevention, and preparing detailed audit reports with recommendations. Candidates should have experience in internal audit or compliance with strong knowledge of financial controls and inventory management. Experience in FMCG, food production or hospitality industry is preferred, along with knowledge of HACCP and hygiene compliance. Strong analytical and reporting skills are required.
