About the job Role Overview: The VIP RM Assistant will support the VIP RMs in relationship management activities and client acquisition, including building rapport and identifying potential high-tier clients. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth execution of business strategies and will involve coordinating with different teams, tracking project progress, and assisting in the development and implementation of business initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of client inquiries and issues via chat (SM) and emails Monitor and analyze client behavior to identify potential needs and opportunities Liaise with various departments to provide optimal solutions and enhance the overall client experience Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in CRM Support in developing and implementing customer service processes by collecting product feedback Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments/1-1 meetup, assisting with workshop preparation Assist in preparing client reports, presentations, and analysis Continuously seek improvement to enhance VIP team’s performance and work efficiency including overall work process Requirements: Ideal candidate possess bachelor degree in finance / economics / mathematics or any related capacity Minimum diploma in business administration or business management with keen and sharp eye for numbers Preferably candidates with 1-4 years of customer service experience, trained in frontline operations (Livechat and Email) Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Advantageous for candidates with experience working in financial institutions, fintech Someone with sharp acumen and keen eyes with numbers and statistics is ideal for this position. Proficient in English and Russian in communication and writing, in order to liaise with dedicated market counterparts Possess great passion to develop knowledge and a long-term career in fintech/crypto trading firms Team player, who is committed and self-driven, with the ability to respond positively to a client's request for assistance
