Full time · Management · 5 - 20 Years of Experience Construction & Building Job Description Plan and manage preventive & corrective maintenance to maximize fleet availability Lead the maintenance team (workshop & field) and ensure jobs are completed on time Diagnose and resolve technical issues; ensure quality checks and safe work practices Coordinate with Operations to support project requirements and minimize downtime Manage maintenance records, schedules, and reporting using CMMS Support continuous improvement initiatives and workshop/fleet expansion when needed Skills Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet/vehicles maintenance (workshop & field). Hands-on experience with Liebherr cranes/trucks, including: LTM (50 to 650 tons) LRT (80 to 100 tons) Bachelor’s Degree (required). CMMS knowledge (Computerized Maintenance Management System). Strong technical ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment/vehicles. Strong leadership skills: ability to plan, organize, and direct maintenance activities and teams. Knowledge of supply chain management is a plus. Willing to work in Office & Field conditions. Good awareness of safety risks in maintenance environments (e.g., slipping, falling objects).
