This role requires strong commercial insight, familiarity with KSA corporate and government procurement structures, and the ability to build high-level relationships in a fast-evolving market. Key Responsibilities • Identify, qualify, and win new business across corporate, government, hospitality, and public projects in KSA. • Build long-term relationships with architects, consultants, designers, contractors, and senior decision-makers. • Drive market-entry strategies, competitive positioning, and long-term revenue growth. • Attend major events such as INDEX Saudi, LEAP, international design exhibitions, and government conferences. • Prepare tailored client proposals aligned with Saudi corporate and government specifications. • Navigate tendering platforms, vendor registrations, compliance processes, and project documentation. • Prepare market intelligence reports on competitor activity, pricing structures, and upcoming development projects. • Consistently achieve annual revenue objectives and growth KPIs. Requirements: • Minimum 5–7 years of B2B sales experience in office furniture, interiors, or largescale project environments. • Strong network across Riyadh, Jeddah, or NEOM development zones is highly beneficial. • Understanding of KSA procurement and contracting processes. • Proven ability to secure high-value contracts. • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement abilities. Salary: SAR 20,000 to 22,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
