shall be with a post graduate degree in Civil Engineering meeting the qualification for the Project Manager’s Representative and preferably a Chartered or registered Engineer with a minimum of ten (10) years’ post-qualification exp and shall have handled at least three (3) similar roads assignments within the last 10 years at the same position or similar. S/He shall have demonstrable skills in roads and bridges design and construction quantities, administration of an EPC contract and in the Claim documentation and administration.
