About the job RINA is currently recruiting for a Türkiye Certification Lead Auditor to join its office in Turkiye within the International Certification Division. Mission The role focuses on planning, conducting, and managing audits within our certification business related to the different certification schemes. Key Accountabilities Prepare, manage and control the audit programme, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and relevant standads Document Review, including manuals, procedures, instructions, files, records Plan audits and coordination with the relevant parties Participate in /lead the audits Identify/define/record/follow up the audit results by using the relevant softwares Draw up/follow up the audit reports detailing all the findings Manage the follow up process within the determined time frames Conduct technical reviews and certification decisions if needed Monitoring the performance of the resources involved in the certification process, providing guidance and support as needed Maintain updated records and other information relevant to the audit process Manage technical meetings with the customers, and support internal staff including scheduling and commercial if needed Provide trainings in compliance with relevant qualified standards Support the qualification/monitoring of the others if needed Other adhoc activities assigned by the top management Education Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering General Qualifications 4+ years of experience in auditing, specifically within management systems or industry standards (ISO, etc.). certified Lead Auditor courses from an internationally recognized body at least for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001. Demonstrated ability to plan, conduct, and report audits per ISO 19011 guidelines Strong understanding of audit planning, execution and reporting processes,proven ability to lead and manage auditing activities. Previous professional experiences in Certification sector related to the auditing activities completed the qualification process as Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 are required as minimum. ISO 50001 and ISO 27001 Lead Auditor qualifications are plus.
