About the job Job Description Planning and managing travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodation, car rentals, and visa processes Communicating effectively with service providers to resolve issues and complaints related to travel, accommodation, or transportation Managing internal notifications regarding travel arrangements and keeping relevant stakeholders regularly informed Responding to complaints and issues encountered during travel to ensure high levels of satisfaction and efficiency Maintaining detailed records of all travel-related expenses, bookings, and confirmations Continuously improving processes by following current trends in the travel industry to ensure cost-effectiveness and convenience Qualifications Experience in the tourism or travel agency industry, or hands-on experience working closely with travel service providers, Strong knowledge of operational processes within the accommodation and transportation sectors, Excellent command of English (B2 level or above) is a must, Experience in travel planning, particularly focused on corporate or business travel, Strong organizational and time management skills, A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities,
