About the Role: As a Fragrance Trainee Evaluator, you will be introduced to the art and science of fragrance evaluation. Working closely with our evaluators, you’ll support the development of new creations tailored to market needs. Key Responsibilities: Assist in organizing and participating in internal fragrance evaluations Support market research, trend analysis, and competitive product mapping Learn to interpret customer briefs and assist in fragrance selection Maintain fragrance libraries and manage evaluation samples Collaborate with perfumers, marketing, and sales teams Participate in sensory testing and data analysis Who You Are: A recent graduate or early-career professional in chemistry, cosmetic science, biology, marketing, or related fields A strong interest in fragrances, beauty, or consumer goods Detail-oriented with good organizational skills Excellent communication skills in English Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment What We Offer?
