Summary
Location: Russia, Yekaterinburg We are currently seeking a Territory Account Manager (Regional Market Access Manager).
About the Role Your responsibilities will include:
Ensure the implementation of the action plan aimed at creating favorable conditions for increasing the availability of the Company's Preparations in the Assigned Territory.
Determine the strategy for accessing the Company's Drugs to the market by synchronizing with the healthcare development strategy of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation and the Company's business strategy.
Based on data obtained from open sources, analyze the activities of other pharmaceutical companies in the assigned territory. Determine market shares, the availability of the company's products and those of competitors at auctions, procurement schedules, lists of the Territorial State Guarantees Program, and the availability of innovative drug supply models available on the market.
Conduct an analysis of existing measures across all therapeutic areas in regional state healthcare development programs (timeframes, goals, objectives, and target indicators); develop proposals for the implementation of new measures/subprograms, including those aimed at increasing the availability of the Company's products. Suggest forms of cooperation aimed at regional implementation of measures defined in state healthcare development programs.
Prepare and submit to healthcare authorities dossiers on the Company's Drugs, including adapting clinical and pharmacoeconomic justifications for the Company's Drugs for inclusion of the Company's Drugs in regional preferential lists (regional inpatient list, regional outpatient list, formulary of medical and preventive institutions), as well as for individual provision of patients with the Company's Drugs based on the results of the conclusions of clinical expert commissions.
Prepare proposals and necessary documentation and conduct negotiations with the heads of specialized medical organizations, specialized chief external specialists, and healthcare authorities of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation on the subject of increasing the availability of the Company's drugs for patients, including through the implementation of innovative models of drug provision.
Establish and maintain relationships with key healthcare professionals who are leading experts in their field, in the area of scientific, practical, and applied scientific knowledge exchange in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
You are a great candidate for this role if you have
At least 3 years of experience as a regional drug launch manager, regional manager, or similar role. Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market, competitive environment, government agencies, and decision-making levels.
Higher education: preferably in medicine, pharmacy, or biology. Knowledge of pharmacoeconomics and economics, and experience implementing government healthcare programs.
Analytical thinking, ability to work with large amounts of information, ability to make decisions.
Proficiency in office programs (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook).
