Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily pest control operations and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards. Lead, train, and manage pest control technicians to achieve high performance and service quality. Develop and implement pest management strategies tailored to client requirements. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to procedures and safety guidelines. Monitor KPIs and ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Manage service schedules, resource allocation, and equipment maintenance. Maintain accurate service records, reports, and compliance documentation. Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalated complaints professionally. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote pest control services. Support budgeting, cost control, and performance reporting. Preferred Candidate: Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Entomology, Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field.
