About the job OPEX Business Process Management At OPEX, we develop solutions that increase efficiency for hotels by digitizing business processes. We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist who will work remotely and has expertise in tourism and hotel operations. ✅ Qualifications We Are Looking For: Graduates of Tourism and Hospitality, Hotel Management or related fields (preferably) At least 3 years of active work experience in the tourism sector. Experienced in Hotel Management Systems (PMS, CRM, operations/service management, etc.) Technical Support Specialist or similar role with at least 2 years of experience. Proficient in hotel operational processes (front desk, technical service, housekeeping, guest requests, etc.). Customer-oriented, analytical thinker, and highly skilled in problem-solving. Team player, able to take responsibility. Has a remote work discipline Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of English sufficient for communication Has a Class B driver's license. Having used OPEX is a preferred qualification. 💻 Job Description: Providing Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to hotel customers using OPEX. Managing the resolution process by analyzing customer requests, bugs, and improvement suggestions. Communicating directly with hotel operations teams to accurately understand their needs. Analyzing key issues related to PMS and integrated systems, and providing support to relevant technical teams when needed. Providing support for new customer setup and go-live processes. Providing users with online information and training on system usage. Creating documentation and knowledge base content for frequently encountered problems. To provide product development teams with a regular flow of information about customer feedback and field needs.
