Review and approve shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and technical documents. Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and clients to resolve technical issues. Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, contracts, and standards. Support planning, quantity take-offs, value engineering, and cost optimization. Lead and mentor technical office engineers and draftsmen. Participate in technical meetings and provide engineering solutions. Skills Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Architectural Engineering. 12–15+ years of experience in construction projects (infrastructure / buildings). Minimum 5 years in a Technical Office Manager or senior technical role. Strong knowledge of Saudi construction standards and practices. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and relevant engineering software. Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills. Experience in high-rise buildings and infrastructure projects.
