Job Description
We are seeking a highly qualified Technical Office Manager to join our construction company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the technical office, overseeing construction projects, supervising technical staff, and ensuring accurate project pricing and efficient project execution.
The Technical Office Manager will play a key role in coordinating between engineering, procurement, site teams, and management to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise all technical office activities and staff.
Oversee project planning, scheduling, and coordination.
Prepare and review project cost estimates, budgets, and pricing (BOQs, tenders, and variations).
Ensure accurate project pricing, cost control, and financial tracking.
Manage and monitor multiple construction projects simultaneously.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors.
