We're building an infrastructure product for the international crypto and fintech market that addresses one of the key business pain points: reducing the cost and predictability of blockchain transactions. This isn't a hyped project, but a practical B2B tool with real clients, volumes, and scalability. We're currently building an outbound engine and are seeking a strong Sales Team Lead to support our growth in international markets.
About the role
We are looking for a strong Sales Team Lead (Outbound) with proven experience in cold B2B sales of technical products, with rapid growth to the position of Commercial Director of the company .
This is a key management and commercial role that involves personal involvement in closing deals, managing a small team, and building a scalable outbound funnel from scratch .
Tasks
Leading and managing a team of 3-6 outbound sales managers .
Active personal sales and closing of key deals .
Full sales cycle:
lead generation and research;
qualification;
discovery meetings and product demonstrations;
negotiations and closing deals.
Setting, monitoring and achieving sales team KPIs .
Onboarding, training, coaching and regular performance reviews.
Analysis and optimization of outreach strategies, touchpoints, email and LinkedIn scripts .
Controlling the accuracy of the sales funnel and forecasting .
Collaborate with product and operations teams to align sales and product capabilities.

Requirements
Leadership
1-2 years of experience as a Sales Team Lead, Senior Sales or similar management position.
Experience in managing a team of 3 or more people .
Skills in KPI planning, performance management, and reporting.
Willingness to be personally involved in any stage of sales.
Sales expertise
Real experience in outbound sales and full-cycle transactions .
Ability to explain the technical value of a product in simple language .
Experience in at least one of the following areas:
SaaS
API products
fintech / payment solutions
crypto infrastructure
software with integrations
Operational skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Data-driven approach – the ability to work with metrics (conversions, transaction cycle length, ACV, ROI).
Understanding outbound methodologies and ICP targeting .
