About the job Responsibilities: Organization and control of the semi-annual and annual process of preparation and consolidation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS; Leading external audit processes; Coordination of work and supervision of accounting teams (including foreign companies); Participation and leadership of projects for the implementation and improvement of financial systems (based on 1C and others), automation of accounting and reporting; Analysis and control of financial results and financial position of foreign subsidiaries; Optimization of taxation of foreign companies; Organizing and collecting data as part of rapid closure procedures. Requirements: Higher education in finance, economics or accounting; Experience in finance and reporting for at least 3 years; Experience in team management; Ability to work in a team and make decisions under conditions of uncertainty; Excel, Word, 1С, Power Query, Pivot; Knowledge of English not lower than B1.
