The PMO Manager will establish and lead the Programme Management Office framework for the Group’s Start-Up Academy portfolio. This role is responsible for creating structure, governance, financial discipline and delivery assurance across multiple academy initiatives. Operating as a senior strategic partner to the leadership team, the PMO Manger ensures that programmes are delivered on time, within approved budgets, aligned to approved business cases and compliant with regulatory and quality standards.
This is a high-impact role focused on portfolio governance, risk management, commercial oversight and delivery excellence, without direct line management responsibility.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Management, or related field.
- Master’s degree or postgraduate qualification is desirable.
- 10+ years’ experience in Programme Management, Portfolio Governance or PMO leadership roles.
- PMP, PRINCE2, MSP or equivalent certification desirable.
- Strategic oversight with strong operational depth.
- Strong commercial judgement and financial discipline.
- Advanced governance and risk management capability.
- Influential stakeholder engagement at executive and board level.
- Highly analytical, structured and detail-oriented.
- Calm, decisive and delivery-focused under pressure.
