About the job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the development and regular updating of medium-term and long-term strategic plans for the Eurasian regional market. 2. Be responsible for breaking down strategic goals into specific tasks for various departments, establishing a mechanism to monitor the implementation of the strategy, and regularly tracking, analyzing and reporting on the achievement of strategic goals to ensure their effective implementation. 3. Be responsible for researching competitors and market benchmarks. 4. Participate in major thematic strategic research and analysis, such as market entry, new business model exploration and strategic partnerships. Place of work: Moscow Head of Business Planning Department Qualifications: 1. Work experience: At least 3 years of experience in strategic planning, industry analysis or related fields (experience in the automotive industry is not mandatory). 2. Linguistic skills: Intermediate to advanced level of English; knowledge of Chinese is an advantage. 3. Education: Higher education (degrees in management, finance or related fields are preferred). 4. Competency requirements: (1) Proficient in conducting marketing research, obtaining user insights, analyzing data and finances, and is familiar with relevant analytical tools and software; (2) Has knowledge and ability to apply various business analysis models and strategic frameworks; (3) High business sensitivity and curiosity, able to identify opportunities, possesses critical thinking and innovativeness; (4) High systemic thinking, excellent communication and presentation skills; (5) High motivation to achieve results and independent initiative, courage to take on complex tasks and solve difficult issues. 5. Additional: Candidates with experience or track record in political or strategic research in government think tanks, research institutes, consulting companies or related industries will be given an advantage.
