The ideal candidate will have : * Experience in sales in the ready-to-wear sector, * Strong communication and persuasion skills, * Ability to adapt to flexible working hours, * Customer-focused and strong presentation skills, * Ability to effectively plan and implement strategies to increase sales performance, * Support the store's financial, administrative, and operational activities, * At least 2 years of management experience in the retail sector
