Key Responsibilities: Operate all laundry and drying equipment according to operating instructions and quality standards to ensure cleanliness and efficiency of garments. Sort and prepare clothes and linens according to type, color, level of dirt, and washing requirements before running machines. Inspect clothes after washing and drying to ensure cleanliness and quality, treating stubborn stains or re-washing when necessary. Clean and maintain the work area and equipment regularly, remove lint from dryers, and maintain a safe working environment. Fold and organize clean laundry, prepare orders for delivery, and manage inventory of supplies such as detergents and fabric softeners Education & Experience: High School Diploma or Diploma in a related field. Fresh graduate or experienced in a related field Basic knowledge or internship experience in equipment operation or maintenance, preferably in laundry or sterilization systems. Familiarity with mechanical systems, cleaning, and drying processes. Awareness of occupational safety, hygiene standards, and quality requirements.
