The Belgorod production site produces approximately 100 medications for the treatment of oncology, liver diseases, central nervous system and skin diseases, gastrointestinal tract, as well as women's health products.To fill the vacant position, we are announcing a competition for the position of Shift Supervisor . What you will do: Personnel planning in accordance with the production plan, shift management; Monitoring of personnel performance, time tracking, personnel development; Control and planning of efficient operation of equipment and its maintenance; Ensuring timely release of products of appropriate quality; Participation in working groups on processing complaints and releasing defective products; Participation in optimization projects with the aim of reducing costs of production processes; Knowledge and compliance with all requirements for health and safety, industrial safety, and GMP; Preparation and maintenance of documentation, protocols, etc. Successful candidate profile: Higher professional education (chemical, technological, pharmaceutical, technical, mechanical); Experience in pharmaceutical, food, and chemical industries with similar functions for at least 1 year; Experience in team management.
