About the Role As a Senior Software Engineer in Test, you will lead the development and execution of our automated test infrastructure for REST APIs, UIs, and voice agents. You’ll work closely with developers to triage issues, expand test coverage, and ensure the reliability of our AI-driven voice products. This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to shape a new automation function from the ground up. What You'll Do: Develop and run automated tests (REST, UI, Voice) in Python and JavaScript. Analyze results, proactively triage issues, and collaborate with devs. Grow the test suite for new features and client use cases. Who You Are: 2–3 years in automated testing; 1–2 years in manual. Developer background is a big plus. Familiar with Playwright/Cypress + Jest/Postman (JS) or Selenium/FastAPI (Python). Knowledge of Github Actions and CI/CD, Sonarqube No audio expertise needed (we have in-house tools).
