Responsibilities
Proactively identify, prospect, and secure new enterprise clients for our Managed Networking and Cloud services across Russia and Europe.
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for your assigned territory to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Own the entire sales process from initial contact and lead qualification through to negotiation and deal closure, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Establish and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, within target multinational corporations.
Master our portfolio to understand client needs and effectively articulate the business value of our ICT solutions through compelling presentations and proposals.
Identify and develop regional partnerships with international business partners to expand market reach and create new revenue streams.
Diligently manage your sales pipeline, provide accurate forecasting, and maintain detailed records of all activities within our CRM system.
Represent the company at industry events, stay ahead of market trends, and provide valuable feedback to internal teams on business development opportunities.
Qualifications
University graduate in Computing, Electronics Engineering or related discipline
Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in a senior enterprise sales or new business development role, preferably within the IT/ICT industry.
A demonstrable track record of selling to and building relationships with C-level executives and senior management within large, multinational companies.
Good knowledge of Managed Networking, Data Centre, and Cloud solutions.
A consistent history of exceeding sales quotas through proactive lead generation, outbound prospecting, and new account acquisition.
Strong presentation, negotiation and people skills.
Self-motivated, strategic thinker with proven experience in developing and executing territory and account-based sales plans.
A strong existing professional network in the target market and proficiency in using CRM software for pipeline management and reporting.
Good command of English written and verbal.
