We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee engineering projects in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget, while ensuring quality standards and safety regulations are met. Responsibilities: - Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. - Develop detailed project plans, schedule resources, and manage budgets to ensure timely project completion. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution. - Identify and mitigate potential project risks, and resolve issues promptly to keep projects on track. - Monitor and report on project progress to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability. - Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle. - Lead project meetings, document minutes, and maintain project records for audit and review. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. - 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the engineering industry, preferably within Saudi Arabia or the Middle East region. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. - Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide multidisciplinary teams. - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Proficiency in project management software and MS Office tools. - Certification such as PMP or Prince2 is a plus.
