About the job Are you GAME to JOIN US and be our new Senior Product Analyst SoftConstruct is on a search for a new player to join our team. We're looking for a results-driven Senior Product Analyst to join our analytics team within the Gaming Content Business Unit. This unit covers our Live Casino, RNG game production, and Poker platform.In this role, you will transform complex data into actionable insights that help shape the direction of our gaming products across these verticals. You'll work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to uncover patterns in player behavior, evaluate content performance, and support data-driven decisions across the company Responsibilities Analyze player behavior and game performance to inform product development and content strategy Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track product and business KPIs Partner with product and marketing teams to evaluate features, campaigns, and promotions Define and track core metrics; support the design and analysis of A/B tests Partner with AI CoE to deliver machine learning models (i.e., recommendation engines) Collaborate with data engineers to ensure high-quality, reliable datasets for analysis Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, actionable format Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics) 3+ years of work experience in a data analytics or similar role Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)Strong skills in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis Comfort with statistics and experimentation methods, knowledge of machine learning is a plus Strong analytical thinking and ability to draw insights from large datasets Experience working with product or user analytics, ideally in a B2C or gaming environment Do you like to learn hard, work hard and play hard?
