As a Senior Contracts Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing contract negotiations, drafting, and administration, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities: 1. Lead contract planning, drafting, review, and negotiation for procurement and subcontract packages across EPC projects. Act as the commercial and contractual focal point between Procurement, Project, Legal, Finance, and external parties. 2. Prepare and manage standard and bespoke contract templates (supply, subcontract, framework agreements), ensuring alignment with company risk policies. 3. Conduct pre-award contract risk assessment, identifying key commercial, legal, cashflow, and interface risks.
