About the job As Bitunix is getting bigger in the market we're looking to hire a Senior Business Development Manager / Team Leader to own and scale our presence in Russia & CIS. You will act as the regional growth owner, shaping strategy, executing partnerships, and building the foundation for long-term expansion, with the opportunity to evolve into a team leadership role as the achievements grows. Responsibilities Drive user growth and strengthen Bitunix’s footprint in the CIS market through meaningful partnerships and collaborations with influencers and KOLs. Identify and build long-term relationships with influencers, trading communities, and strategic partners across the CIS crypto ecosystem. Support and grow local user communities, ensuring strong engagement and brand trust. Explore new business opportunities with partners, organizations, and potential investors. Represent the company as the leading regional figure at major industry events in Russia and abroad. Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in Business Development, partnerships, influencer/KOL management, or user acquisition. Solid understanding of the CIS crypto market and its major players. Proven success in delivering growth or partnership results. Strong interest and passion for the crypto/blockchain space. Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Strong Russian and English communication skills (B2+).
