Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Delivery Manager to join our Client Delivery team and become the trusted partner of our clients.

Responsibilities
Developing and executing strategic account plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets, expand existing accounts, and build sustainable, long-lasting client relationships,
Acting as the primary point of contact for key clients, managing all aspects of the relationship at both commercial and technical/delivery levels,
Taking ownership of sold projects from inception to successful delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget and high-quality delivery in close collaboration with our PMO and technical teams,
Identifying, qualifying, and closing new opportunities while driving significant upsell and cross-sell within current accounts,
Leading proposal development, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations,
Maintaining a healthy pipeline, providing accurate forecasting, and regularly updating activity and revenue information for management reporting,
Proactively researching market trends and client needs to identify new business opportunities in target segments and international markets,
Representing Commencis at major industry events, conferences, and client meetings in Turkey and abroad.
Requirements
7+ years of experience combining business development, account management, and project/program management; ideally in technology or digital industries,
Proven track record of achieving/exceeding revenue targets, growing strategic accounts, and successfully delivering complex digital projects,
Experience working internationally, with strong verbal and written English communication skills,
Strong knowledge of technology, digital, innovation trends, and project/program management,
Excellent communication, presentation, influencing, and negotiation skills at all levels of the organization,
Ability to drive the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to close,
Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire.
