Airframe And Powerplant Mechanic Aerotek•Wichita, KS• This job was posted by https://www.kansasworks.com : For more information, please see: https://www.kansasworks.com/jobs/13431872 Job Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and repair basic engine and related aircraft problems at on-site and off-site locations Assist in complex engine and related aircraft repairs Perform periodic inspections of engines and aircraft, for example, thrust reversers (TR), Major Periodic Inspection (MPI), Hot Section Inspection (HSI) in accordance with appropriate maintenance manuals Perform removal, installation, and replacement of engines, accessories Perform routine inspections, repairs and modifications on customer aircraft. Complete inspections as required by maintenance programs, modification and inspection packages, and troubleshoot aircraft systems. Ensure that all tasks assigned are completed and documented in accordance with manufacturer\'s manuals or other FAA approved data.
