Duties and Responsibilities - Security Supervisor Minimum 10th or 12th standard education; Diploma or security training certification preferred. 5–8 years of experience in industrial or mining security, including at least 2 years in a supervisory position. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. Good knowledge of mine-site safety regulations and restricted zone management. Ability to handle conflicts, manage emergencies, and coordinate with local authorities. Physically fit, alert, and willing to work in shifts (including nights). Ex-servicemen or candidates with mining site experience will be preferred. Qualities required : High school qualification or equivalent. Basic first aid skills would be an asset but not compulsory. Physical strength and fitness.
