Full time Job Description Role Purpose Own the overall security posture of the BNPL platform, ensuring protection of customer data, secure cloud operations, and compliance with Qatar Central Bank (QCB) regulatory requirements in a fintech context. Key Responsibilities Define and implement the company’s information and cloud security architecture Own identity and access management, encryption, secrets, and key management Lead compliance with QCB cybersecurity requirements and relevant standards Conduct security risk assessments and threat modelling Manage security incidents, investigations, and remediation activities Perform vendor and third-party security assessments Support internal and external audits, including regulatory reviews Drive security awareness and secure development practices across teams Skills Required Experience 7+ years of experience in information security or cybersecurity Mandatory experience in a fintech or product-based technology company Strong hands-on experience with cloud security (GCP / AWS / Azure) Experience with IAM, SIEM, WAF, and endpoint security tools Prior experience supporting audits or regulator interactions Security certifications (CISSP, CISM, etc.) are a plus
