About the Role We are looking for a Search Quality Expert who is passionate about ensuring high standards in digital content and processes. In this role, you'll contribute to improving the accuracy, relevance, and overall quality of search engine results. This role involves process ownership and quality coordination, rather than direct team management. Key Responsibilities Ensure quality control and provide constructive feedback on submitted tasks Review task guidelines and suggest enhancements to improve clarity and consistency Facilitate communication and collaboration through team chat channels Identify recurring technical or process issues and escalate when necessary Take ownership of complex or non-standard tasks as assigned This role may involve reviewing or editing content that includes sensitive or adult themes. Applicants should be comfortable working with such materials in a professional and responsible manner. Technical Requirements Access to a desktop or laptop computer (mobile devices are not sufficient due to the technical nature of the tasks) Stable internet connection Familiarity with basic digital tools (e.g., Google Docs, browsers, Trello) Language & Communication Working proficiency in English is required for effective team communication, interview process and training materials.
