About the job Yandex is looking for a Sanctions Compliance Manager. Tasks that await you Conduct analysis of sanctions-related risks applicable to a multinational company across different business units Review the company’s various products, projects and activities to ensure compliance with the applicable sanctions, export control laws and internal policies Act as the first point of contact for business teams with compliance-related questions, advise the teams on risk assessment and best ways to mitigate compliance risks Draft compliance clauses, formulate opinions Conduct KYC and export transactions analysis Implement compliance controls to prevent sanctions risks, monitor and assess their effectiveness Conduct sanctions compliance testing and auditing activities, facilitate remediations of audit findings Participate in the development of compliance procedures and instructions Monitor changes in the applicable legislation We expect that you Are proficient in the sanctions and export control regimes of the U.S., EU, UK, and Switzerland Have relevant full-time experience (3+ years) Have upper-intermediate English APPLY NOW : https://www.linkedin.com/jobs
