Responsibilities:
Market Expansion: Identify and develop new regional markets, promoting DYMIND’s IVD (especially Hematology) products to potential distribution channels, healthcare providers, and end-users.
Agent and Channel Management: Lead and support regional agents and distributors, ensuring they achieve their sales targets and are aligned with DYMIND’s goals.
Market Intelligence: Collect and analyze in-depth market data, including competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer feedback, to shape marketing strategies. Attend and represent the company at relevant international exhibitions and conferences.
Sales Achievement: Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets in the assigned region, focusing on market penetration and brand visibility.
Customer Needs & Solutions: Analyze the unique needs of the local market and propose tailored solutions to address them, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
KOL & Lab Development: Build and foster relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), reference labs, and other industry influencers to drive product adoption and brand loyalty.
Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute strategic plans for new product introductions, promotions, and market expansion initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
Extensive sales experience in the IVD industry, with a strong track record in business development, particularly within hematology or related diagnostic fields.
Strong knowledge of the IVD market within the assigned region, including key players, market trends, regulations, and customer needs.
Expertise in developing and executing sales strategies that drive market growth and product adoption.
Demonstrated success in building strong, long-lasting relationships with distributors, healthcare professionals, and KOLs.
Proven experience in leading teams, driving sales performance, and achieving business goals.
High self-motivation, with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes. Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
