Job Description JOB SUMMARY: Royal Ridge Properties Pvt. Ltd is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Head to lead and scale sales operations for its DTCP approved premium projects “The Prestige Park Phase-1” and “Elite Valley”. The role involves complete ownership of sales strategy, team leadership, channel partner management, and revenue growth across open plots. 1. Key Responsibilities: · Lead end-to-end sales operations for “The Prestige Park Phase-1” and “Elite Valley” projects · Develop and execute sales strategies · Build, mentor, and manage high-performing sales teams (Sales Managers, Executives, Telecallers) · Drive site visits, closures, and customer conversion ratios · Handle channel partners, brokers, and referral networks · Monitor CRM, sales funnels, lead quality, and follow-ups · Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns, launches, and promotions · Ensure accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and MIS · Negotiate and close high-value deals with HNIs and investors · Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure post-sales satisfaction 2. Required Skills & Experience · Proven experience as Sales Head / Senior Sales Manager in real estate open plots projects · Strong leadership, negotiation, and closing skills · Experience handling large sales teams and channel partners
