About the job We are looking for a motivated and commercially driven Sales Executive to support the sales activities of our luxury hotel projects. This role is ideal for a hands-on sales professional who can actively contribute to revenue generation, develop strong client relationships, and support the execution of sales strategies across domestic and international markets. The Sales Executive will work closely with senior sales leadership and on-property teams to grow market presence, manage key accounts, and support overall commercial performance. Key Responsibilities Sales Support & Revenue Generation Support the execution of sales strategies across assigned hotel projects. Actively contribute to room and total revenue growth through corporate, leisure, MICE and travel trade segments. Assist in identifying new business opportunities within key markets including Europe, CIS/Russia, GCC and selected international regions. Account Management & Business Development Manage and develop relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators and DMCs. Support B2B and B2C sales activities, including RFP follow-ups, contract negotiations and client communication. Maintain regular contact with existing accounts to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business. Market Presence & Industry Engagement Support participation in trade shows, sales events, roadshows and networking meetings when required. Represent the brand in a professional manner and contribute to increasing brand awareness within target markets. Reporting & Coordination Prepare and maintain sales reports, account updates and pipeline tracking. Coordinate closely with operations, reservations and revenue teams to ensure aligned sales execution. Monitor competitor activity and market trends, providing insights to the sales leadership team. Qualifications Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury hotel sales or a related commercial role. Good understanding of international markets, especially Europe, CIS/Russia or GCC. Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills. Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus). Ability to work across multiple projects and support a dynamic sales structure.
