Meet with contractors, consultants, developers, and building owners to assess project requirements. Recommend suitable HVAC systems based on site conditions and technical specifications. Prepare technical and commercial proposals. Negotiate terms and close sales in line with company objectives. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry standards. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Skills Requirements: 2–5 years of experience in HVAC sales or project engineering. Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems (VRF, Ductable, Rooftop Package Units). Proven experience working with consultants and MEP contractors. Familiarity with local HVAC codes and regulations. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
