About the job Position Overview As a key liaison for China-Russia tobacco business operations, this role focuses on localized customer service and market insights to support the Account Director in driving business efficiency, with an emphasis on identifying opportunities and addressing the needs of small-to-medium clients. Key Responsibilities 1.Assist in Client Relationship Management Execute regular client visits (≥5 per month), document feedback, and promptly update the Account Director. Develop and maintain client profiles (including key contact preferences, procurement cycles, and competitor product usage). 2.Support Business Development & Full-cycle Management for CIS-based SMEs Identify business opportunities with small-to-medium clients in the CIS market. Develop quarterly new-client acquisition plans to ensure ≥3 qualified leads per quarter. Assist the Account Director in end-to-end SME client engagement (from inquiry to delivery). 3.Conduct Market Research & Explore New Opportunities Monitor trends in the CIS tobacco market (e.g., flavor trends, heated tobacco, nicotine pouch market insights) and submit weekly Opportunity Briefs. Support the organization of client technical exchanges. 4.Collaborate with China HQ on Execution & Delivery Provide daily updates on CIS-region delivery status to China HQ. Maintain a real-time Business Tracking Dashboard. Requirements Experience: 2+ years in B2B sales within the tobacco industry, with knowledge of flavors, capsules, or reconstituted tobacco. Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently across CIS countries. Language: Business-level English (Russian/Chinese is a plus).
